The Vision of BYUSA

How I am planning to implement the BYUSA vision in SAC?

The Vision of BYUSA is going to be implemented in SAC by having it as an intricate part of the training and discussion among SAC representatives. The council will feel tied into BYUSA through the vision. This implementation will enable each member of the council to memorize and internalize the vision and change their leadership to reflect its goals.


My reflection on the BYUSA Vision

The BYUSA vision is so important to me because it articulates my goals in life to establish Zion and be a part of it. My overarching goal in life is to see the day that Zion is built up and be enabled to dwell there. As was recorded by Moses, "Zion (shall be) of one heart and one mind!" (Moses 7:18) By seeking to establish this first in my life, then in my family, then in my callings and responsibilities, then the community in which I live, and then in the world, I will be prepared to see Zion built up in it's center stake and preparatory to the coming of the Savior!
