In what ways does RACE prepare you to be a more successful leader?
             
RACE makes successful leadership possible by implementing ideas put forth in the scriptures. By putting a  greater emphasis on the planning of activities and events, one can obtain perfection in the outcome of activities. Similar to the creation accounts found in the Books of Moses and Abraham, "And they went down at the beginning, and they, that is the ^aGods, ^borganized and formed the ^cheavens and the earth." (Abraham 4:1). This example of planning and organizing prior to forming shows the divine purposes that come from preparation to carrying out anything we do in life. Leadership vitally depends on the planning of an event prior to it being carried out, leading to greater results and perfect execution.

How do you plan to use RACE in your area throughout the upcoming year?

My plans for implementing RACE in the upcoming year is carrying out the events of Q and A's and SAC council meetings in this process. By doing this our council meetings will be most effective and productive. This process will enable the council to be the most effective it has ever been.
